• We are a dedicated gluten-free and peanut-free kitchen. All of our ingredients are certified or naturally gluten free. All of our ingredients are peanut-free.

    *We DO have tree-nuts on the premise but they are fairly easy to avoid. We have an allergen cheat sheet, full ingrident list binder, and our bakery case is labeled with allergen informaiton.

  • Our menu is designed dairy free as a default. Meaning, we do not use dairy in any base recipes and have dairy-free options for cheese, milk and whipped cream. We do, however, offer dairy a la carte choices. If you want dairy milk in your latte, dairy cheese on your sandwich , or dairy whipped cream on your pancakes we have these available to you.

    We use organic full fat coconut milk, and non-gmo soy-free earth balance as our dairy substitutes in our recipes.

  • Steps to ensure a safe dining experience:

    1. Request to place your order with a manager or shift lead.

    2. Double check our ingredients binder to confirm the menu item is safe and appropriate substitutions or omissions are made. We strive to regularly update the ingredients binder, however it may require we do a physical check if it is new ingredient, new recipe or to confirm other information. We are open source and happy to bring out any products to you to read yourself.

    3. Request your allergies by marked as anaphylactic and your food is prepared with the anaphylactic protocol (hand wash, glove change, fresh utensils, cleaned prepped surfaces, tooth-picked with an allergy pick).

    4. When your food arrives the allergy toothpick will serve as an indicator that your order was handled with appropriate protocols. The individual delivering your plate can confirm any information about the order.

  • We proudly deep fry in organic refined (flavor and odorless) coconut oil. We also use this oil in sauté and other cooking applications.

    We use non-GMO soy-free earth balance as our butter substitute in cooking and baking.

    We also make use of avocado oil and olive oil in dressings, cake batters and other cooking applications.

    We use a non-GMO sunflower based oil spray for non-stick applications on our waffle irons.

    ***Avoiding seed/vegetable oils can be done easily with some simple substitutions. We value providing options for patrons avoiding seed oils and are actively developing more seed-oil free recipes.

  • Our produce is always organic and sourced locally whenever possible.

    We use non-GMO and Certified Gluten Free Flours from Bob’s Red Mill.

    Our coffee is organically grown and woman produced. Roasted by Driven Coffee, in Chaska MN.

    We use Holy Kakow Organic Coffee Syrups.

    Our pantry items such as spices, cooking oils, condiments etc… are organic or non-GMO.

    No artificial colors or flavors.
