Standard Reservation Policy

Olivia’s Organic Cafe is walk-in seating, first come, first served! We do, recommend that you make reservations for parties of 5 or more as we have limited tables that can accommodate larger parties and our party room is occasionally fully rented out!

If you will require a high chair, please include the child in your party size and note that a high chair will be required. Please also leave a note for booster seat, carseat, wheel chair or walker accommodation.

A note for patio reservations: Our tables have some shade protection (roof overhang and umbrellas), however our patio space is uncovered for inclement weather. Please plan accordingly.Want something private? Need more space?

Easter & Mother’s Day

EASTER

Easter, April 20th, 2025 - We will be requiring a $10/person deposit. Reservations will be available for parties of 5 or more. If you need a reservation for a party of 11 or more please email us at info@oliviasorganiccafe.com. Walk in seating will be available as usual. We will open the patio weather permitting. Standard menu and normal hours 8am to 2pm.

MOTHER’S DAY

Mother’s Day, May 11th, 2025 - To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we've outlined a few special policies for this special day.

Regarding Reservation Party Sizes:

Reservations will be available for parties of 5 or more. If you will require a high chair, please include the child in your party size and note that a high chair will be required. Please also leave a note for booster seat, carseat, wheel chair or walker accommodation.

Party Size Adjustments: To accommodate all our guests fairly, we kindly request that your party size remains consistent with your reservation. If your party size decreases below 5 guests at the last minute, we may need to place you on our waitlist for the next available table. Similarly, if your party size increases unexpectedly, we will do our best to seat you as soon as a suitable table becomes available. Please understand that accommodating last-minute increases may not always be possible. For any party size changes, please email us as soon as possible at info@oliviasorganiccafe.com.

Mother's Day Service:

Dine-In Priority: To prioritize our dine-in guests and ensure exceptional service, we will not be accepting online or phone orders on Mother's Day. Walk-in takeout orders will be available.

Reservation Confirmation and Deposits:

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of Mother's Day.

Patio Seating:

Please note that our patio seating is open-air and offers only partial shade/coverage.
